Welcome to asnu-usa.com, the web's # 1 site where you can obtain the complete ASNU program for testing and ultrasonically cleaning gasoline fuel injectors. All the products offered in this site are ORIGINAL products manufactured to exacting specifications for optimal performance to suit a wide variety of gasoline fuel injectors. Asnu-usa.com is the authorized distributor for Latin America and Caribbean territories.

PAYMENT

Asnu-usa.com accepts Visa & MasterCard credit cards, cashier's checks, wire transfers, and money orders. No personal checks accepted.

ORDER MINIMUM

ASNU Machine: Minimum order is 1 unit.
Fluids: ASNU41 Bio-Clean Minimum is 4 gallons. ASNU42 Flo-Rite is 2 gallons.
Replacement Parts for ASNU machine: No minimum.
Injector Components: US$500

SHIPPING

All shipments are FOB Commerce Township, MI. Shipments weighing less than 150 lbs. will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. The ASNU machine (part # ASNU01) is shipped via common carrier. Shipping and handling charges cover delivery to one U.S. destination including ports of exit. Freight charges will be added to the invoice.

EXPORT SHIPPING

All shipments are FOB Commerce Township, MI. U.S.A. Switch Inc. ships to a U.S. based freight forwarder of your choice. If you do not have a freight forwarder, U.S.A. Switch can assign the shipment to a USA SWITCH authorized freight forwarder. You are responsible for any freight charges incurred from our shipping point, Commerce Township, MI to the final destination, including but not limited to; freight forwarder fees, air or ocean transportation, consular fees, handling, and documentation.

TERMS

All products sold by Asnu-usa.com are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. For shipping damage, customer should make/issue claim to their carrier immediately. Any missing or incorrectly shipped item must be reported to Asnu-usa.com within 24 hours of receipt. Because of the nature of Internet on-line ordering, your purchase from asnu-usa.com acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

WARRANTY

The ASNU machine is warranted by the original manufacturer ASNU Europe Corp. Ltd., to be free from material defects and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale to the original purchaser with the exception of the electronic main board, which is warranted for 6 months from date of sale to original purchaser subject to the following conditions:

1. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable

2. This warranty applies to any equipment used domestically or internationally.

3. This warranty will be invalidated and hence void if the equipment is subject to any of the following:

a) Failure to use chemicals, adapters, accessories or parts approved by ASNU Europe Corp. Ltd. for the application or equipment.

b)Connection to any injector not using approved ASNU adapters, accessories, parts or chemicals.

c) Connection to any vehicle, ECO or injector not specified in the equipment application/connection chart lists or instruction manuals or approved usage lists supplied from time to time by ASNU Europe Corp. Ltd. for the equipment.

d) Misuse, abuse, negligence, incorrect connection of harnesses or adapters, or failure to handle or use equipment with reasonable care and attention.

e) Modification (in any way) by unauthorized personnel.

f) Repair by any unauthorized person or service agent.

g) Operating procedure not being carried out in strict accordance with the operating/instruction manual or addendum sheets as supplied from time to time by ASNU Europe Corp. Ltd. or USA Switch, Inc.

4. All wiring looms, connectors, connector pins/clamps and fuses are specifically excluded from this warranty unless originally defective at time of purchase and such defects are reported to ASNU Europe Corp. Ltd. or USA Switch, Inc. within seven days of original purchase, in such cases the defect will be made good under warranty Clause 7. At all times, proper care and attention is called for in ensuring correct connection and disconnection of all wiring looms.

5. Proof of purchase i.e. cash receipt, credit card slip, guarantee card (or copy) must be sent together with defective equipment for "in-warranty" repairs.

6. Items must be returned for repair freight/carriage prepaid.

7. ASNU Europe Corp. Ltd. & USA Switch, Inc.'s liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the repair of this equipment or at our discretion replacement of the defective equipment. ASNU Europe Corp. Ltd. and USA Switch, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss (including "in-transit" loss), injury or damage, consequential or otherwise, howsoever arising, whether from negligence or otherwise. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the purchaser. When returning the equipment for service, please ensure the item is properly and adequately packed. Damage caused by failure to do so will be treated as "out of warranty" damage and charged according to our current servicing price list.

8. Asnu-usa.com shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use from for this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, downtime cost, or any other resulting from the use of or inability to use this product or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory. All merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.
